Meet Tyler From Service

At Janus, we not only manufacture motorcycles–we design, market, sell, and maintain them! In this short video we introduce Tyler, our service technician. Tyler talks about his background, training, and role here at Janus maintaining bikes and helping customers around the country with parts and service.

One of the many things that makes Janus very different from most other motorcycle OEM’s is that we encourage owners performing their own maintenance. While this doesn’t mean that you have to do your own maintenance (we’re happy to help you find the closest repair shop and work with them on your bike), it does mean that we provide full support (and warranty coverage) for you to understand and maintain your own machine.
