Founder Fridays: Behind-the-Scenes Shop Tours at Janus Motorcycles

Are you interested in joining us for a shop tour? Come see the difference and spend a Friday morning inside our showroom and final assembly shop in downtown Goshen, Indiana.

Founder Friday is led by co-founder Richard Worsham, giving you direct access to the philosophy and engineering decisions behind every motorcycle we build. The shop is humming. Parts are being painted. Bikes are being assembled in real time.

You’ll join a small group for an unfiltered look at how we work, meet the people doing it, and experience the pace and friendliness of a small Midwestern manufacturer in motion.

What to Expect

Founder Friday is intentionally small and personal. With just eight reserved guests, the morning offers time to ask questions, see the work up close, and spend meaningful time with the team.

Guests arrive at 10:30 AM for a brief welcome before heading into the shop for a 30-minute production walk led by Richard. From there, the conversation continues with bike talk, individual test rides, and opportunities to explore models in more detail.

Those considering ownership will also have time for one-on-one consultation with our sales team to discuss models and ordering, and on-site financing guidance if helpful. For some guests, the morning concludes with the opportunity to finalize an order and an invitation to a crew luncheon.

Lunch is simple and shop-style—typically a grill-out or rotating casual fare shared with the crew.

Founder Friday can also be paired with the following day’s Discovery Day event for a full weekend experience at Janus Motorcycles.
