Located on the outskirts of Los Angeles, California, Dave has some incredible riding roads just two blocks from his driveway. In this video, Dave takes us on a tour of some of his favorite routes through the mountains around LA, culminating in a tour of the Mt. Wilson Observatory’s 100-inch telescope, where Dave used to work.

Dave was first interested in a Halcyon 450, but after riding both the 450 and 250 at a test ride event near San Diego, he fell in love with the lightweight simplicity of the carburated Halcyon 250. With a few upgrades and customizations, Dave enjoys carving up the canyons around Los Angeles.
