Over the last couple years, Paragon Motorcycles, Inc., has incorporated as a C-Corp from an LLC, doubled its shareholder group, created a board of directors made up of successful, well-seasoned entrepreneurs, and raised more than $2.5 million in new equity capital. The firm grew by more than 30 percent from 2023 to 2024, and has plans to grow more than 15-fold over the coming decade.
