THE EXPERIENCE 

Ride in style, raise a glass, and revel in the past with two iconic Indiana machines!

On Saturday, July 12th, we’re rolling out with a one-of-a-kind evening featuring Nickel Plate Road steam locomotive No. 765 and Indiana’s own Janus Motorcycles for the Steam & Steel Ramble featuring the Wine & Whiskey Train.

Bike riders can start their free adventure at 2:00 PM with a pre-trip tour from Goshen to Pleasant Lake, followed by a Q&A with Janus creators and special guests, and a vintage vehicle showcase featuring live music, Rudy’s Cigars, a cash bar, and more. It’s the perfect prelude to a summer night to remember.

Then, at 6:30 PM, climb aboard our ticketed vintage train for a three-hour journey north through the Indiana countryside, powered by historic steam locomotive Nickel Plate Road No. 765. The trip will feature:

  • Live entertainment from our in-house band, Baggage Car Boys

  • All-new onboard drink service

  • Charcuterie boxes for all First Class guests

  • An exclusive Cigar Car experience for the distinguished traveler

  • A scenic photo runby at magic hour before we cross into Michigan

This event is presented by the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society, and your ticket supports our rail preservation and community programming efforts.

THE OFFERINGS 

All First Class tickets include a custom charcuterie box from Kitchen Social and cash bar service offering cocktails, beer, and wine.

Ticket levels include Deluxe Coach, First Class, First Class Table, First Class Suite, First Class Lounge, and Cigar Class. Smoking is only permitted in Cigar Class.

All tickets are individually priced unless specifically referenced or otherwise marked. ADA-specific seats are available in Deluxe Coach only.

Passengers may bring their own personal food and non-alcoholic drinks. Pets are not permitted, but service animals are welcome.

Tickets are automatically emailed to passengers upon checkout and are not sent via any other means. Guests are advised to double-check their email address for accuracy before completing their purchase and to check their spam or junk mail folder if they don’t see the confirmation email.

Parking, boarding, and safety information is included with every purchase confirmation. Your review of this information is essential to ensuring an enjoyable experience.

Passengers wishing to travel together should book their tickets as part of the same reservation and under the same name. Refunds or exchanges are only available 30 days or more before travel. In place of refunds, credits for future travel and experiences are offered. Due to their historic nature, only select cars are ADA accessible.
