Janus Motorcycles Delivers Gryffin 450 #001 to Its First Customer
Goshen, Indiana — Today, the team at Janus Motorcycles celebrates as the very first Gryffin 450, bearing the serial number #001, rolls out of their Goshen, Indiana, workshop.
With its lightweight, rugged design inspired by the true scrambler do-it-alls of the late 60s-early 70s, the Gryffin 450 brings riders back to the visceral immediacy of two-wheeled travel both on- and off-road.
“Our motorcycles are built for the rambler, for those who find joy not just in destinations, but in the winding roads, detours, and the unexpected along the way,” said Richard Worsham, co-founder of Janus Motorcycles. “We’re very proud to launch the Gryffin 450 and can’t wait to see how the line grows.”
Gryffin 450 #001 owner Joel Yanda says “You can’t go anywhere on a Janus bike without getting attention from a lot of people. I just love the old-school look of the Gryffin 450 and can’t wait to hit the trails.”
The Gryffin 450 epitomizes Janus’ commitment to creating motorcycles that prioritize the experience of riding over raw numbers on a spec sheet. Powered by a lightweight 450cc engine, designed with timeless aesthetics, and featuring a highly-customizable options menu, it’s an invitation to rediscover the forgotten art of riding: engaging fully with the machine, the road, and the world around you.
