Motorcycle Deposit Policy

Cancellations for deposits on our 250 line will be charged a cancellation fee of $1,000. If the amount deposited was $1,000 or lower, Janus will keep the deposit. For example: if a customer places a deposit of $2,995 and later chooses to cancel their order. Janus will keep $1,000 and refund the remaining amount.

Cancellations for deposits on our 450 line will be charged a cancellation fee of $2,000.

After placing a deposit for a Janus motorcycle, customers will pay the remaining balance upon or before pickup/delivery of motorcycle. A Janus employee will notify customer previous to the completion of their motorcycle.

Merchandise Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds will be issued on goods that are unused at the request of the customer. If the product is used, we will not issue a refund unless the return is a result of Janus error. Once we receive the returned product and determine that it is still in new condition, we will issue the refund. Exchanges are possible at the request of the customer. Return shipping is paid for by customer.

Motorcycle Sales Policy

Because of the personalized nature of our motorcycles, Janus does not offer refunds on motorcycle purchases. If you are having trouble with your motorcycle, Janus offers an extensive 2 or 4 year warranty. Our service department is available to talk through any questions or issues you have with your motorcycle, and can help schedule any service visits if necessary.
